Service Description
Use this service to report issues affecting the visual appearance, formatting, or display of content on a University website.
Examples of Requests
- A webpage appears misaligned or improperly formatted.
- Images are missing or not displaying correctly.
- Text overlaps, is cut off, or appears unreadable.
- Website content displays differently than expected on mobile devices.
- Navigation menus are not displaying properly.
- Colors, fonts, or branding elements are inconsistent with University standards.
- A page appears broken after a website update.
- Documents or embedded content are not displaying correctly.
- Website content extends beyond the page boundaries.
- Accessibility issues affecting readability or usability.
