Setting Up a YubiKey

A YubiKey must be set up with assistance from the Technology Services Help Desk.

Visit the Help Desk in person at Swenson Hall 2100 and bring a valid photo ID. You may bring your own YubiKey, or the Help Desk may provide a loaner YubiKey if one is available. A Help Desk staff member will verify your identity and assist you with connecting the YubiKey to your UW-Superior account.

If You Cannot Sign In

If you cannot access your account because your current authentication method is unavailable, call the Technology Services Help Desk or visit in person with a valid photo ID.
