MyApps is the University of Wisconsin-Superior's central application dashboard, powered by Okta. Think of MyApps as your digital home base at UW-Superior, a single location where you can quickly access the most commonly used university applications, websites, and resources without needing to remember multiple web addresses.
Whether you're checking email, accessing Microsoft 365, opening campus systems, or navigating to frequently used university services, MyApps provides a streamlined and secure experience.
What is MyApps?
MyApps is a secure portal that provides:
- Single Sign-On (SSO) access to many UW-Superior applications
- A centralized dashboard for commonly used university services
- Improved security through UW-Superior authentication standards
- Easy access from on-campus or off-campus locations
- A personalized experience based on your role within the university
Once you've signed in, you can launch many applications with a single click, often without needing to enter your credentials again.
Accessing MyApps
- Go to the MyApps portal (myapps.uwsuper.edu).
- Enter your UW-Superior username and password.
- Complete Multi-Factor Authentication.
- You will be directed to your MyApps dashboard.

Your dashboard may vary depending on your role, but commonly available applications include:

✅ Start your workday by opening MyApps first.
✅ Use MyApps as your primary access point for university applications.
✅ Contact the Help Desk or use the "Request an App" at the bottom of the MyApps page, if an expected application is missing from your dashboard.
